Lectio Divina
Lectio Divina is an ancient Christian practice of slow, contemplative, and prayerful reading of Scripture intended to promote communion with God. It moves beyond intellectual study to savoring the text as a living word, often using four movements: reading (lectio), reflecting (meditatio), responding in prayer (oratio), and resting in God’s presence (contemplatio).
Meets each Friday after the 9:00 am Mass at Incarnation Church.
